On 26 June 2019, World Dog Alliance (WDA) finished the first draft of the ‘International Agreement to Prohibit the Eatings of Dogs and Cats’.

The International Agreement aims to recognise dogs as companion animals and eradicate dog meat consumption at international level.

This idea came from Genlin, founder of WDA. He shared this plan when he met with former Congressman Jeff Denham in May 2019. Jeff Denham elicited a very positive response.
