On 24 July, four representatives of World Dog Alliance travelled to Qinghai Xining and exchanged honest and profound thoughts about animal protection with Mr. Ma ZhiWei, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee and Qinghai Province Standing Committee Vice-chairman, along with related standing committee leaders.
