The House of Representatives elections will be held this fall, and World Dog Alliance will present a series of interviews with major political parties on their animal welfare policies and the International Agreement to Prohibit the Eating of Dogs and Cats.　 

The fifth interview in the series is with Ms Yasuko Komiyama, a member of the House of Representatives of the Constitutional Democratic Party.
